Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this service and constitute a binding agreement. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to comply with all provisions herein. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately. These Terms supersede any prior agreements related to your use of the service.

Account Creation & Responsibility

Registration requires a valid email address and password. You must keep your credentials confidential and ensure all provided information is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all actions under your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify support immediately.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to engage in unlawful activities or infringe on others’ rights. Prohibited actions include hacking, spamming, distributing harmful code, or engaging in harassment. You must not attempt to circumvent security features or access unauthorized areas of the service. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

Content Ownership & License

All content you submit remains your property, but you grant the service a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display that content. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove or disable any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify the service for any claims arising from your content.

Fees & Payment Terms

Certain features require payment of fees as indicated at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours in advance. You can disable auto-renewal through your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds are provided.

Service Changes

The service may add, update, or remove features at any time, with or without notice. Significant updates that materially alter functionality will be announced at least seven days prior when feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new functionality. No compensation is owed for modifications or discontinuations.

Account Suspension & Termination

The service reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms or operational reasons. Notice will be provided when reasonably possible. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.

Intellectual Property

The service’s software, design, and all content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you beyond the limited license to use the service under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. You assume all risks associated with your use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the service nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding six months. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this clause may not apply in full.
